The hotel operates a pottery studio where guests can engage in pottery courses, taught by master potter David Rogers. Classes include one-day and three-day workshops that allow for personal guidance, with only eight spots available per session to ensure individualized attention. Potters can create handmade items, with the option to have their work fired and glazed by the studio.

Milford on Sea is situated near the Keyhaven Marshes and Hurst Spit, providing scenic views and access to birdwatching opportunities.
