nice stay!

attentive staff reassuring resolution

I appreciated the attentive staff. they quickly resolved a slight payment mix-up, which i found reassuring! i was surprised by the size of my room. It was much larger than i anticipated. i look forward to returning soon.

i encountered a minor issue with the bathroom. the grouting was a bit grubby, and i noticed a stain on the ceiling, suggesting a previous leak from the room above, this could use some attention, i feel.

a flat white and latte prepared by the staff stood out! i enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit available. also, the kitchen prepared scrambled eggs that were a good option, a thing i find important when traveling.

i found the staff to be particularly helpful and friendly. my room included a tv with multiple channels and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. the hotel grounds feature well maintained gardens, perfect for a relaxed walk. there was also ample free parking available, a real plus for me.

the wifi signal was a bit weak in my room.

I was charmed by the staff who looked after us so well. i will definitely stay here again. the bed in my room was particularly comfy. It provided excellent rest.

The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. I found the location perfect for my needs. my room was quiet, and i had a warm room. the hotel provided many coat hangers, which i appreciated.

The room was not cleaned to the highest standard. The basics needed more attention.
