i found the location ideal for accessing both the town center and the seafront. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. i also noted the quiet atmosphere within the house, which contributed positively to my stay. breakfast was readily available.
i found the parking to be quite limited. i had to resort to paying extra to park in a nearby car park. the guesthouse perhaps could offer some compensation for this added expense.

the house is conveniently located in a quiet area. it is a short walk from the town center. the room was large and tastefully furnished. the room was spotlessly clean, as were the kitchen and all common areas.
Parking is very limited. I had to pay extra to park in a nearby car park. the guesthouse should compensate for this cost, at least partially. also, a cooked breakfast would have been nice, or at least fresh fruit.

My room was nicely decorated. it included a nice tray with teas and coffee. the room was also cosy and the bed was particularly comfortable. I slept very well.

The manager was contactable by phone! the manager also checked that everything was satisfactory. i found their attentiveness a sign of great dedication to guest well-being. Everything was perfect.

plastic wastedistant parking
the breakfast area felt cramped, and i noticed the pastries were individually wrapped in plastic. (i always bring my own reusable bags). the lack of on-site parking presented a challenge. i had to park quite a distance away and walk up a steep hill with my luggage.
