excellent stay and wonderful team

The hotel was beautiful and amazing location. The sea views were fine. it felt festive and cozy for a christmas getaway. Alex's service was really good from start to finish. He handled everything with professionalism and warmth. thanks to alex, the overall experience was fantastic, and we left with wonderful memories.
The christmas day dinner didn't meet expectations. It was a little underwhelming. the food quality could have been better. It was a noticeable drawback. i hope they improve this aspect.

The room was spacious (perfect. It featured comfortable furnishings and pleasing decor. I particularly enjoyed the modern amenities, including the tv and the fast Wi-Fi. The bed offered excellent support and ensured restful sleep.

i appreciated the beautifully individualised rooms. they had fine views. the breakfast choices were fantastic, with a warm welcome.
the carpet had a large stain that looked like a dog's patch. the toilet bowl was very stained and there was mould on the window sill. i could not walk on carpet without foot covering.
