surprisingly nice stay above the pub!
friendly staff extra night excellent location helpful person
the staff was friendly. molly checked me in. ray. i was able to book an extra night at check in. i also got help with my bags down the stairs. the location is excellent! it's close to everything i needed.
i could hear music from the bar until midnight.

I found the staff very helpful. Molly greeted me with a warm smile. Ray was nice. The room was larger than i thought.
The music from the pub continued until late. I had to wait for it to stop before sleeping.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities plus complimentary cookies. A sink and mirror were available in my room. There is also a shared bathroom down the hall, complete with a toilet and shower.

The hotel is a short walk to the city centre. It took me about 15 minutes to reach the cathedral on foot. I found it easy to explore nearby attractions (location is a big plus!).

The staff displayed a great sense of humor. They allowed early check-in, a true lifesaver after a long night. They also kept me in the same room, despite my two separate bookings, which i found very accommodating.

A friendly staff member greeted me. My room was cosy and clean. The shared bathroom also remained very clean. The room has its own sink, helpful.
The Saturday night noise was problematic. Someone banged on the exterior door. They made noise in the corridors outside my room. I got little sleep.
