convenient stay near the port

excellent service clean room
the reception staff displayed excellent customer service. the room was clean, i really liked it. facilities proved quite adequate, and the location suited both road and rail travel. walking into the city was easy too.
i found that the room lacked usb charging points. i think this is a must these days. that is the only small inconvenience that i had in an otherwise pleasant stay.

the breakfast included a full english. i thought the quality was really good. breakfast began early, really convenient for my schedule. the food was AMAZING!!! a limited menu was available 24/7.

the hotel's proximity to transport links was convenient. the train station was a short walk away and the staff were friendly upon arrival.

great location friendly staff tired room bathroom door
the hotel is in a great location close to the train station (it was only a short walk). the staff were friendly and helped me print some documents i needed for my trip.
the room furnishings seemed a bit tired. the bathroom door did not close properly and it was quite annoying (it needed some maintenance).

the check-in was speedy, also the check-out was fast. the hotel was quiet and the staff was helpful. my room was a standard double room harbour view, and it was very clean and tidy upon arrival.
the hotel charges for parking, which i did not know when i booked.

fantastic stay near the docks

helpful staff wonderful selection
I found the staff really helpful. they always answered my questions with a smile. breakfast included a wonderful selection. it made my mornings start off perfectly!!! the location was ideal. I could easily walk to the docks and various attractions.
the lack of usb charging ports in the room was quite inconvenient. i needed to use an adapter, which i didn't have readily available.
