Acceptable but Disappointing

noisy courtyard dirty towels
My room faced the courtyard, and it got quite noisy. Guests were walking and talking late into the night. The cleaning staff started early, and the trolley wheels echoed. fresh towels were not provided, the old towels were folded.

Okay stay. Some issues need addressing

dangerous kettle stuffy room
The meal I had was delicious.
The kettle didn't switch off automatically. THIS was very dangerous. None of the windows opened, so the room was unbearably stuffy. the bed moved around freely because it wasn't fixed properly.
