a good experience

helpful housekeeper easy walks city enjoyment
the room was clean, and the staff were excellent. kelly, the housekeeper, was very helpful when i had questions. the location allowed easy walks to anywhere i wanted to go. the ease of getting around the city added to the enjoyment of my stay.
the coffee machine was turned off before 9:30 pm, so no coffee from the bar, i had to look elsewhere.

excellent location overnight stay really good assistance
the location proved excellent for my overnight stay before a cruise. the concierge offered Really good assistance, guaranteeing everyone had transportation to the port in the morning. i would choose this hotel again for similar travel needs.

The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i was pleased with the breakfast. It had many options. i was also happy with how clean and large the room was.

confusing process basic pillows
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The check in process was confusing I received little explanation I also was assigned a disabled room without any prior warning. The room looked old the pillows were very basic.

The shower in the bathroom was faulty. it was so stiff to turn off when the water got hot i needed force. i told the staff to avoid putting anyone in the room until it was fixed. it also took a while for the concierge team to book a cab for me. I guess they were busy.
