GREAT value for money!
communicative owners convenient check-in quiet room
The new owners are SUPER communicative and eager to address any concerns! Self check-in was VERY convenient. I found on-street parking without problems. The room was quiet and the bed provided enough comfort for me.
The curtains in my room needed some adjustment to stay completely on the track.

this GUEST house is situated in a good spot, not far from the beach and town centre. it also has some nice places to eat nearby, made dining very convenient for me and my partner.

stained carpet difficult stairs
The location was good. I could walk to the beach and nearby shops easily enough.
The room looked worn. The carpet was stained. The curtains did not fully cover the window, and there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult.

spacious room clean bathroom handy location
check-in was simple, and the room felt spacious. The bathroom also offered plenty of space.. i did find it clean. i appreciated the location near the high street, AND getting to the beach was quick!
the curtains did NOT fully cover the track, unfortunately.
