The location was central though the parking was first come first served. the staff were helpful. They stored my bag before check-in. the room had good linens and towels. i even got a discounted first drink at the bar!
the room was a superior king, but the small window had a view of a wall! this made the room quite dark.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
limited drawernightclub noise
The room had limited drawer space. This. also, there was significant noise from a nightclub across the street late into the night. sleep was disrupted due to people shouting outside until well after 3am. This was quite disturbing and went on for some time.

the staff were friendly and polite room allocation was smooth and instructions were clear the breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was well cooked. the hotel was easy to find from the train station they stored bags prior to check in this service was perfect. i received a discounted first drink in the bar this was a lovely surprise
on arrival i realised the room i had been allocated had no window that would open

the breakfast was great and the location was perfect.
I had a room facing the street. There was a nightclub directly across the street. it was very noisy until late. the room and bathroom felt cramped. the pillows were hard too.

The location was amazing! it was a short walk from the town center. the breakfast offered good tasting coffee and fruit. I was so happy. the room size was great. It had all the facilities i needed.
The bathroom door did not lock. the beds were not comfortable. I had trouble sleeping! the noise from the downstairs bar on friday nights was loud.

The staff was helpful at all times. Breakfasts were hot. they offered quite a lot of variety. The room had what I needed. It was quiet and cozy. Parking close by was really convenient.
The room was far from reception and through numerous firedoors. I think this hotel could have done a bit better than the room I was given.
