I found a parking spot with my name on it. It felt very cute! The hotel uses handmade furniture created from local timber. It adds a unique touch. I pre-ordered my breakfast choices the night before, and it was delicious. The staff was attentive. Such service makes a big difference.
The shower had low water pressure. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. This made exploring easy. Direct access to New Forest walks removes any need for a car. It is perfect for walks.

The staff welcomed me warmly and offered lots of helpful information regarding the local area, and I certainly found it useful! Personalised parking added a special touch, and cake with tea on arrival added to it. The experience was charming.

The labeled parking spot was a NICE touch and very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious and fresh.
the water pressure in the shower was a little LOW.

great breakfast local ingredients parking space
breakfast was great and had local ingredients. i really liked the parking SPACE as it had my name on it. the staff was nice and helpful. they had cake, and i am a big fan of cakes.
the shower PRESSURE was a bit low in my room, it's the only small issue.

the LOCATION allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area. Blackwater arboretum is only a ten minute drive. many restaurants and pubs are nearby and easily accessible, a short walk away.

Top Notch Stay!
fresh ingredients personalized space awesome staff
The breakfast options were amazing. Everything tasted so fresh, I especially enjoyed the locally sourced ingredients. The personalized parking space was a great touch and the welcome tea plus cake on arrival were a really warm gesture. The staff were awesome and so knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They offered great tips.
The coffee could have been stronger, I must say.

the bed was comfortable, i guess. its the only thing that wasnt complete trash.
this place was not good. the shower barely dribbled water. breakfast was supposed to be good, but the dining room was freezing. was like they were penny pinching at every corner.

the room included plant derived organic toiletries i thought that was very thoughtful the furniture created from fallen local trees added a unique touch. breakfast choices were plentiful it catered to different tastes well. the hotel provided a designated parking space that removed any stress about finding parking. upon arrival i received tea and cake a lovely touch of hospitality.
my room faced the back of the hotel the ground floor location meant i occasionally heard some noise from staff.

The staff was attentive! Breakfast was good.
The room felt a bit tired. Mould was visible in the shower area, that was not pleasant. The carpets did not seem clean.
