I received a warm greeting and escort to my room. All features of the room were pointed out to me. I enjoyed a wonderful evening meal. I experienced a great night's sleep in a warm room. The breakfast was superb.
The sink in the bathroom was tiny. There was also no shelf in the shower. The temperature control was sensitive.

The hotel features a spacious car park suitable for various vehicles. I found soft seating areas near the restaurant. I observed attention to detail in the dining room bar area. The location provides easy access to the New Forest.

the food was top notch!!! i ate at the restaurant all three nights. the rooms were superb. they were nice and airy with great decor too.
The building was a bit too warm. The heating seemed to be on very high.

the staff was genuinely friendly. i found the refurbished room excellent. the dinner menu had an interesting selection, and the breakfast options offered a good start to the day. i appreciated the ease of free parking too.
the bed felt a little uncomfortable as i could feel a spring, it wasn't so bad, though.

the dining room offered a good food selection with attention to quality. breakfast was delicious, and the hotel provided a nice range of options. it was quite substantial and nourishing, worth the price i paid.

The hotel provided a spacious parking lot. Parking bays were consistently available. the beer garden was lovely, with comfortable seating areas. i noticed the public spaces were well-kept, and there were no disturbing noises.
