the room had a faint musty smell upon arrival which wasn't cute. the breakfast setup felt understaffed at times leading to delays. the tv in the room seemed outdated lacking modern smart features, which limited entertainment options during downtime in the evening.

I had a restful night in a clean, comfy room! prices at the bar seemed very good, and i thought the lounge looked beautiful. the location proved convenient. I reached the town centre with little effort. i really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
The spa looked a bit tired. It needs some modernizing.

The staff was attentive and accommodating. They fulfilled my request to decorate the room. I booked a Family Room. It was very spacious and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were handy and lovely.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I was like I was sleeping on a bag of nuts and bolts.
