solid stay with a few small issues

central location shower facilities cute staff
the location was great, it was central. the room had good shower facilities. the staff members had smiles. the pool was a bonus for me after a long day.
the room was very warm. i had to ask for a fan. this was not ideal . i suggest they review it.

musty smell outdated tv
the room had a faint musty smell upon arrival which wasn't cute. the breakfast setup felt understaffed at times leading to delays. the tv in the room seemed outdated lacking modern smart features, which limited entertainment options during downtime in the evening.

i enjoyed the spacious family room we booked. it included a kettle and light refreshments. the reception staff accommodated an early check-in, lovely (they were so kind!). the pool and jacuzzi provided additional relaxation after a long day.
the hotel was to be primarily booked by elderly guests. this.

great location varied choices friendly staff comfy bed
the location is unbeatable, a short walk gets you everywhere. the breakfast had varied choices and quick service. the staff was friendly and eager to help with directions. the room had a super comfy bed, and a large tv!
i did find the corridor a little squeaky.

charming stay near the town square

I had a restful night in a clean, comfy room! prices at the bar seemed very good, and i thought the lounge looked beautiful. the location proved convenient. I reached the town centre with little effort. i really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
The spa looked a bit tired. It needs some modernizing.

The location is great. A few minutes walk takes you to the main area. it is also about a 10/15 minute walk to the pier. Literally a few hundred steps to the main square.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

attentive staff spacious room clean jacuzzi
The staff was attentive and accommodating. They fulfilled my request to decorate the room. I booked a Family Room. It was very spacious and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were handy and lovely.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I reminded me of I was sleeping on a bag of nuts and bolts.

I found the location excellent. It is close to both the town center and the pier. The parking was convenient and easily booked in advance. Breakfast service included tea and coffee (a very nice touch!).
