The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, a short walk to local attractions. My family room was clean upon arrival and well prepared for our visit (especially with the extra towels).
The provided pillows were quite thin, so I had to request extra pillows for adequate comfort.

The staff were helpful. The hotel has free parking, a real benefit. I was grateful that the room was very clean. The ample white towels were a bonus. The hotel's location allowed easy walks to nearby attractions.
The wall power socket was not near the bed. This inconvenience made device charging less accessible. I was still grateful for the stay.

convenient location nice welcome clean environment
i have stayed here multiple times before. the location is quite convenient for visiting the beach. the receptionist gave me a nice welcome when i arrived. it's cleaner than it used to be.
my room felt too hot. the window only had a small desk fan. it wasn't enough to cool the room effectively.

The meals offered a good range of choices and tasted good. I found the staff to be both friendly AND helpful. My room was tidy and clean. I appreciated the convenient proximity to local amenities AND bus routes.
The rooms feel quite dated, and some minor updates could enhance the overall experience.

The double room was spacious. breakfast offered many hot options. i appreciated the available free parking. This removed stress from my arrival. the staff assisted with my luggage, a big help after a long drive.
The windows did not fully shut. I found the room drafty.

friendly staff dressing table live entertainment dirty stairs broken lift broken pool
The staff was friendly. the room had a dressing table. i saw live entertainment available. it was nice i could easily walk to the beach from there. The walk took only about 20 minutes.
The stairs had no carpet. i had to use them because the lift was broken. I did complain about my bad knees. the pool was also broken, i booked the hotel the day of travel and learned that. the tv in the bedroom did not work, so netflix was unavailable for my kids.
