Elegant Stay with Excellent Dining

beautiful building hydrotherapy rooms local attractions
I found the location excellent for exploring local attractions. The building and grounds are beautiful (I especially enjoyed the garden view). The spa upgrade proved worthwhile with hydrotherapy rooms.
I observed a high number of guests in robes around the hotel. It was quite crowded.

All three restaurants offer lovely food. The a la carte breakfast had a wonderful selection. The cooked extras were reasonably priced (eggs Royale cost 8 quid).

The room was spacious and wonderfully quiet. It was also beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Fine toiletries added a luxurious touch to the bathroom experience.

Hazel at reception provided really good service and could not do enough for us. The staff is polite, cheerful, helpful, and professional. Every member of staff provided fabulous service as well.

garden view vegan options excellent staff spa access old curtains stained pillow
the room had a beautiful garden view. the breakfast offered many vegan options without me asking. the staff were excellent and always cute.
i found that i had to pay extra for spa access, which wasn't much of a spa. the first room given to me had net curtains that seemed very old. the pillow in the first room was stained and the bathroom floor was wet.

exquisite experience

grand trees warm welcome dairy allergy polite staff
the facility boasts an amazing pair of grand trees at its entrance, very excellent. breakfast was a good experience thanks to daniel, a waiter who provided a warm welcome. the staff readily accommodated my dairy allergy during dinner service. the zen thai restaurant had very polite staff.
the absence of air conditioning in the rooms may pose an inconvenience for some guests.

The thai restaurant presented a very unique experience unlike other thai meals i have experienced. manager tik took care of every need. Service was wonderful. the restaurant has a diverse menu with many options.

The spa facilities include a hydrotherapy pool. It was relaxing. i had a massage. The pressure was perfect, releasing tension and promoting relaxation. the hotel offered lane swimming. This allowed uninterrupted exercise.

Mixed experience at this HOTEL

no air conditioning constant challenge
the location PROVED convenient FOR exploring THE new forest.
I FOUND the lack OF air conditioning problematic. Managing the ROOM temperature BECAME a CONSTANT challenge. Opening the BALCONY door resulted in A room TOO cold, while keeping it closed LED to OVERHEATING.

attentive staff friendly staff perfect pressure hydrotherapy pool grotty chairs website photo front garden
I booked the Lampang afternoon spa day for myself and a friend. The facilities were great. We spent most of our day in the hydrotherapy pool. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our massages were great too, the pressure was perfect, and I felt refreshed afterwards.
The website says to park temporarily at the main front door to drop off bags. I arrived and found wedding guests occupying most of the front garden and driveway. I was unable to park and drop off my bags. The roof terrace furniture is not what is shown on the website photo. It is grotty wooden chairs now. I saw cobwebs in the windows.
