underwhelming stay
small room lack of breakfast
the house DO have lovely decor.
the room I stayed in were really small, especially considering the price i payed. THERE was no breakfast included in the price, a big minus for me. The toilet were also VERY small and not comfortable to use.

I stayed for 4 nights and found the parking facility very useful. The room had tea and coffee making facilities with top-ups available and also a mini fridge. I slept well each night and found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast offered a generous selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt and juices in addition to tea and coffee
The bathroom was a little snug for broad shoulders, but it was still perfectly adequate

the room included a king size bed. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the guest house. parking was easy to find on the street. the owners gave useful information.
the staircase to the first floor was quite narrow, made carrying luggage a little awkward. i managed, but it's worth noting for those with heavy bags.

superb victorian stay!
fine hotel fresh ingredients knowledgeable host
Jane gave us a lovely welcome, it was so nice! the house is a fine victorian hotel, i loved all the original features. the decor was pristine and vibrant. Every room was tastefully themed. breakfast had fresh ingredients. I wanted for nothing. ged is knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble.
the room was small for three people, it was a bit of a squeeze. also, the charge for one night felt quite high. i wish there was more space.

the guesthouse offered free parking on the street, convenient. the whole guesthouse seemed super clean and well-kept. i noticed the tea and coffee facilities were topped up regularly and a mini fridge was available for guest use.

the room was tidy and very clean. breakfast included a generous selection of pastries and fruit. they even offered parking on the hotel (a real plus!).
the stairs were a bit steep for luggage.
