the room included a king size bed. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the guest house. parking was easy to find on the street. the owners gave useful information.
the staircase to the first floor was quite narrow, made carrying luggage a little awkward. i managed, but it's worth noting for those with heavy bags.

Jane gave us a lovely welcome, it was so nice! the house is a fine victorian hotel, i loved all the original features. the decor was pristine and vibrant. Every room was tastefully themed. breakfast had fresh ingredients. I wanted for nothing. ged is knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble.
the room was small for three people, it was a bit of a squeeze. also, the charge for one night felt quite high. i wish there was more space.

the guesthouse offered free parking on the street, convenient. the whole guesthouse seemed super clean and well kept. i noticed the tea and coffee facilities were topped up regularly and a mini fridge was available for guest use.
