I found the breakfast superb! it had so much choice and was totally delicious. free parking was great. I always find that so handy. the staff were really lovely. they looked after me so well, which i really appreciated!
my room had just a little dust on the curtain rail, and it's the only small thing i can even think of.

the room included tea and coffee facilities, and that's really convenient for a quick cuppa! i noticed the bed was really comfy and big, perfect for a good night's sleep. i saw the view from bedroom, a lovely thing to wake up to.

i found the staff very helpful, especially pedro the manager, he assisted me greatly. the food seemed very good quality, with generous portions. i was also surprised by the high standard of decoration in the rooms, they provided a luxurious feel.
our room was located on the ground floor, i could hear every move the upstairs room made. every toilet flush was audible. it was also disturbed by a 7am sunday alarm.

the rooms had super clean condition. the provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. the room size was adequate for a comfortable stay and had sufficient space. a desk was present in the room.

the staff answered my questions promptly and courteously. reception was staffed 24/7 providing assistance at any hour and was very helpful. blake, one of the staff members, gave recommendations regarding local sites and eateries.

the hotel is very near the new forest, so walks are easy to access. it is also conveniently close to areas, such as christchurch and mudeford. access to sopley mill, another nearby venue, is also available.

The staff left a very thoughtful gift of sparkling wine. It. the room itself had beautiful presentation and was spacious. it had everything i needed for my comfortable stay!
i did notice some dust on the bathroom radiator. also, there was grime behind the toilet. perhaps more frequent deep cleaning is needed.

The hotel had a quiet setting. I noticed plenty of parking spaces were available. the location seemed perfect for a relaxed getaway. i observed well kept grounds around the hotel.
