excellent breakfastadded itemstough steak
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety offered I found it met expectations.
Multiple items were added to my bill at checkout I never ate or drank I got these removed but there was no explanation. I had to ask four times for extra cutlery to eat my room service dinner so my food went cold. The steak was very tough even though cooked medium rare and at £45 per steak plus service charge it should not be.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted

equipped gymhealth spafree miniadded itemservice chargeroom cost
The gym has adequate equipment. I saw a well-equipped health spa and pool. The room offered a free mini bar, WHICH i THOUGHT WAS POSITIVE.
i had multiple items added to my bill at checkout. These items were never consumed. I think it is rude to add discretionary service charge of 5%, especially on the room cost.
