The new year's eve dinner and tribute night party was great. The room decorations were very cute. The four course meal selection had something for everyone. The elton john tribute was entertaining and the staff tried their best.
I found the hotel quite hot and stuffy. The room was very hot when i got there. The windows only open a little so it was hard to cool the room. The decor in the rooms seems dated now and needs updating.

I did notice slight wear and tear on some furniture , but it was minor.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options for kids.
The room smelled really bad upon arrival. There was also a wet patch outside the bathroom door! I reported it, and staff said the carpets had been cleaned but weren't dry. I didn't like that people sat outside on bar benches until almost midnight, so sleep was impossible until they left.
