Excellent Hotel Experience

Tommy offered fantastic service. The chefs deserve compliments for the meals. The outside terrace provided a nice spot for lunchtime. Andre provided good service, especially regarding food presentation, mainly the desserts.
The outside pool and surrounding area was too small for the size of the hotel.

the room was the standard double room! i found it to be a good size and the bathroom had an excellent shower. i liked that the hotel had great facilities and views. breakfast was also good, i enjoyed the variety!
The car park cost me gbp 27 i believe. it was quite annoying. i could have found free parking outside with a bit of patience, but i did not want to bother. the annexe suites are little houses. These were noisy because of traffic on one side and the car park on the other.

Satya provided very attentive service during my family's pleasant evening meal.. I enjoyed the quiet, relaxed atmosphere and good wine. The bed in my room was comfortable. The welcome rum was a lovely extra touch.
There were not enough sunbeds available at the pool. Day passes impact resident availability.

the outdoor pool area was a total highlight as was the bar area. the hotel decor had a cool vibe. i felt welcome by the staff they seemed very friendly and helpful.
the air conditioning in my room did not work . i reported it but it was not fixed. this was a bit of a problem as it was a very hot weekend so it did affect my overall comfort.

The staff provided an upgrade to a garden suite with a jacuzzi. The room included air conditioning for temperature control. The bed offered great comfort. I found a good selection during breakfast in the hotel restaurant (the pastries were fresh).
The outdoor pool was a bit too small considering the size of the hotel.
