a precious memory
quiet surroundings warm staff lovely location
i thought the location proved lovely with such quiet surroundings i am glad. seeing the ponies on the green seemed like a dream. the staff greeted me warmly at every moment.
i noticed the cups in my room had some tea stains, they are left there for the whole weekend.

my room was quiet with a comfortable bed it felt so cozy. the bathroom however felt quite small with only a compact space provided for showering. the standard double room provided adequate space for a restful visit.

breakfast offered a great menu with generous options available to me. the evening meal proved excellent also with portions of food that satisfied my appetite. i enjoyed the variety and the quality of ingredients used.

the staff was friendly courteous and always helpful when i required assistance. the manager paid close attention to ensure that my stay went smoothly. their attentiveness added to the overall enjoyment i received.

Really good Stay in a Lovely Setting
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
I found the room very clean. The bed was comfortable and ensured good rest. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options available. I also enjoyed that the staff were friendly and helpful.
The tea and coffee in the room were not replenished one morning, and this was inconvenient.

the room was a good size and well maintained. the bed was comfy too. i thought the cooked breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

lovely garden helpful staff
The staff helped me hose the dog down after a walk. They provided the hose. Perhaps an outside tap with a hose would be a good future addition. The garden was large and lovely.
The room was okay. It felt a bit tight in certain areas for two people.

great location friendly staff helpful staff outside tap
the location was great with easy access to the new forest! the staff were friendly and super helpful! they even hosed down our dog for us. i think having an outside tap and hose ready for customers would be even better!
the tea and coffee in the room were quite sparse, but it wasn't a big deal.

small wardrobe faulty shower
the young man at check-in understood my need for speed and quickly got my room ready.
I found the single wardrobe with only two hangers inadequate for my five-night stay. The en-suite sink was also too small. I bumped my head every time i tried to shave. The shower had issues, getting too hot, and my report received no feedback.
