Comfortable stay and excellent service
friendly staff easy travel powerful shower
The staff was very friendly. The location allowed easy travel up and down the coast. It was comfortable overall. The room upgrades were amazing. The bed was massive, very comfortable, and I had a great sleep. I found great amenities like air conditioning, a selection of coffees, and a powerful shower.

The restaurant was fantastic, especially the outdoor area. I noticed a family with a small dog in the restaurant. The child kept it on their lap, which I felt was inappropriate. They should have used the outdoor area instead.

Fantastic Stay!!!
cute staff early departure great bonus
The staff was cute, and Daniel were really nice. He accommodated our early departure. He even prepared breakfast for us before the regular serving time!!! The parking was a great bonus too. I felt genuinely cared for .
The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. The service was great at dinner, but the food and its availability did NOT meet expectations.

The breakfast offered a single piece of bacon, one sausage, and a small serving of beans. Mushrooms, tomatoes, and toast were available, albeit the toast was burnt. Guests had to obtain salt and pepper themselves.

Parking space is available, yet it is limited and navigating it is difficult because it is small. There was no ice machine available to use when it was a heatwave. This made it slightly bothersome.

The location provides easy access to various coastal areas. One can reach these by foot, bus, or car. Highcliffe has a nature reserve that extends through the grounds of a castle and onto the beach.

The rooms were quite large and very clean. They were cleaned to a high standard daily. The bathrooms included fresh towels and toiletries were provided adequately for our stay.

the room had air conditioning and a good selection of coffees. the bathroom was a good size and the shower had plenty of power. there was free parking at this location.
there was no reception when i arrived to check in. the chef assisted with check-in thankfully. the continental breakfast was disappointing considering the room price. a full english breakfast cost an additional £15.

Good Stay Near Highcliffe Castle
ideal location spacious room great restaurant excellent breakfast
The location is ideal for visits to Highcliffe Castle. I found the room very spacious. The restaurant and outdoor area were fantastic (the ambiance was perfect). The breakfast was excellent and well-served at my table in the fine dining room.
Several alarms went off , but thankfully this did not affect my sleep.

fantastic service AND good food
friendly staff good value
the staff were SO helpful. my friend needed a fridge, and they went out of their way to find one for our room. the evening meal was one of the best I've had in a hotel and very good value as was the breakfast.

the room offered twin beds providing separate sleeping arrangements. It was spacious, allowing comfortable movement, and it facilitated easy unpacking and organization of belongings. this setup worked well for the duration of my stay.

the staff consistently displayed helpfulness going above and beyond to fulfill guest requests. The restaurant service was attentive and efficient DURING dinner. Carol stood out by providing Really good support and care to guests.

charmed by the stay
spacious room large bed friendly staff
i liked my spacious room with its large, comfy bed and appreciated the mini fridge. the dinner in the restaurant worked well, i found it excellent and the breakfast was good too. all the staff were helpful, polite, and friendly at this hotel.
this time the reception service did not impress me because it was often closed. i noticed the receptionist seemed to lack authority to resolve problems, something i consider important.

breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely and the chef proved nice and chatty each morning i went to dine. i found the restaurant area fantastic and noted a family dined with their dog outside.

the hotel was very quiet and it was rare i saw other guests, especially before my third morning. i observed the parking was good and i had no problems at any time.

location are easy to reach many coastal places through foot, bus or car, so i enjoyed the local area. highcliffe has a nature reserve, with castle grounds and leads onto beach i observed.
