the room felt spacious with a large, comfy bed. i felt the included parking offered considerable value. our room was perfectly serviced, the room was cleaned every day. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. i feel so glad, i booked this hotel.
paying £15 a night to park seemed an extra expense.

the room service menu was limited after 8:45 pm this was quite disappointing i expected more options the music in the reception and restaurant area was too loud it made it difficult to relax and have a conversation the hotel also charged for parking.

the breakfast had a fantastic variety in a clean setting, it was a plus.
my room felt very cold, and i receive a portable heater. however, i was still shivering, while trying to sleep, it was not acceptable.

The staff was very friendly, especially Alex. He was super helpful with all my requests. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet had a lovely selection (I especially loved the pastries!).
The shower tended to flood easily. The bathroom practically turned into a wet room after each use. I had to dry the floor with the only available towel.
