compact room, great stay

helpful assistance convenient parking smooth arrival
Roddy greeted me upon arrival and was very cute. i appreciated his help with my bag up the stairs. the parking was convenient and made my arrival very smooth. Onsite parking is such a plus!!!
the staircase was a little steep, especially with luggage.

the train station sits a short walk away, approximately ten to fifteen minutes. bus stops also run along the nearby main road if required. the proximity to transport links makes getting around easy.

my single room faced the back of the hotel so it was pretty quiet. it was compact but had everything needed, including tea and coffee. the super comfy bed ensured a full seven hours of sleep.

Quiet Getaway

The single room, located towards the back, offered a peaceful retreat. It was compact but had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable. The power shower was great, and tea and coffee facilities were available. I was allowed to use the dining room in the evening to eat my own food. This was very convenient.
Noise from other guests was noticeable. People entered and exited rooms frequently, slamming doors. At 2 a.m., someone knocked on a nearby door, disturbing my sleep.

the room was perfect! the ensuite was adequate and clean, i think the location was great because it was less than 10 minutes by car from where i needed to go. also, the curtains were thick enough, so the room was dim enough for sleeping.
breakfast was not included. it was continental only, and there was no cooked breakfast. self service was available, but it was at an extra cost so i didn't bother, and i felt no effort went into it by the owner! the shower took ages to heat up, so i wasted a lot of water.

the room was discreetly decorated and seemed peaceful. thick curtains dimmed the room enough for me to sleep well.
the room i stayed in was dingy, it needs a refresh. walls need painting and the carpet needs cleaning.
