adequate stay with some issues
high prices unexpected parking
The parking fee was unexpected. It was supposed to be free on site, but i had to pay £20. the swimming pool and restaurant were not available, only breakfast was. prices at the bar seemed high. a beer, gin and tonic, wine, and coke cost £30. instant coffee in paper cups with crisps and cake was £10 the next evening.

the room included everything needed and was spacious. i found the beds very comfortable in the chalet room. there was a kitchen in the room, though i did not use it this time. it is nice that the hotel has a swimming pool .

the staff offered a friendly atmosphere. the front desk was particularly helpful on arrival. i found this created a cute environment throughout my stay, and i would stay here again.

great service spacious room attentive staff
Our family of three found the room quite spacious. It worked well for us. The staff addressed every request we had promptly. providing excellent service, and we really appreciated the attention we received. It was a very positive experience overall!
The bar had limited comfy seating. The need to pay immediately for drinks was a slight inconvenience.

Great Location and Comfy Stay

The hotel location is convenient. It's a short walk to the east cliff, the pier, and the town center. Our Super Room was spacious and included all necessary amenities. The staff provided assistance when required, and I appreciated their politeness. The swimming pool was warm and enjoyable for a relaxing swim after a long day (I really needed it!).
I found the air conditioning in the room took a long time to cool the space. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did affect my initial comfort upon arrival. I hope they can address this to ensure faster cooling .
