the staff were friendly (i really mean it!), they even made a sandwich for me when it wasn't on the menu. the room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. the breakfast was excellent and the coffee was fresh from an espresso machine.
the room light was missing its diffuser bowl, exposing a bare light bulb.

the staff provided treats for the dogs and the garden backs onto a sports field. this was perfect for dog walks. the nepalese menu plus a normal pub menu gave a great choice of food. the room rate included a cooked breakfast, a great value.
the shower had mould around the tiles. this resulted from a lack of an extractor fan.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our dogs. the waitress service at breakfast was quick, efficient and attentive. it ensured we started our day well.
