the staff were friendly (i really mean it!), they even made a sandwich for me when it wasn't on the menu. the room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. the breakfast was excellent and the coffee was fresh from an espresso machine.
the room light was missing its diffuser bowl, exposing a bare light bulb.

the staff provided treats for the dogs and the garden backs onto a sports field. this was perfect for dog walks. the nepalese menu plus a normal pub menu gave a great choice of food. the room rate included a cooked breakfast, a great value.
the shower had mould around the tiles. this resulted from a lack of an extractor fan.
