The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i got a complimentary drink when i arrived. It was very refreshing.
I found a brown scratch along the driver's side of my car, which i parked in the hotel car park at the back. the breakfast situation was a bit disappointing despite the lovely setting. I have had better.

The breakfast was beautiful, with great choices of buffet continental items. A choice of a cooked dish was included each morning. The full english was superb. the location is great. You can walk to nearby shops, the estuary, and surrounding areas. i had a nice view of two ruined churches from my window.
The bath was very deep, so exiting it was difficult. NOT one grab handle was installed.
