the buffet breakfast offered a nice selection. the conservatory was LOVELY. staff were helpful and cute .
The parking situation was a bit aggressive. There weren't many spaces available upon arrival. there was extra cost for parking, I found out. the noise level was high. I could hear doors banging at 3am.

the staff were friendly. they allowed me to check in early when i asked about luggage storage. the facilities were clean and the rooms felt homely. it.!!
my room faced a busy road. the windows looked directly out onto it, which wouldn't have been an issue if there were blinds. the room was really hot and a fan was loud.

the room felt dated, it could use some refreshing. the breakfast was not great, everything tasted quite greasy with fried bread and fatty mushrooms, also the coffee was bitter. i also noticed the curtains in the dining room were dusty.

The staff was very helpful . The location is quite convenient, near the town centre. The cleanliness was also noticeable. The hotel was well kept.
My room was quite small. The shower felt very cramped. Parking cost extra, at £10 per night. If I had booked directly, parking would have been free.

The breakfast was presented carefully , and the chef seemed passionate about the dishes. the 24-hour bar was very convenient. I appreciated the availability of ice since there was no fridge in the room.
i found the garden to be very unkempt and neglected. the shower cubicle was small , and i believe an average person would struggle to wash in it comfortably.
