superb stay
friendly staffvaried breakfastuseful biscuits
the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast was definitely a highlight , it offered a good variety. my room included tea , coffee , and biscuits which i found useful.
the fire doors slammed shut loudly during the night , which was slightly disruptive.

the owners were very friendly , they provided excellent service. the team was attentive and efficient , it addressed all requests promptly. i found the overall service really good.

the location proved ideal for my needs.
I found the room service disappointing. It was available only during very limited hours. this restriction made it difficult to get meals when i needed them. i had hoped for more flexibility regarding meal times.

the room was great , it was a superior king room. the food was really good , i stayed for a night due to work.
the bed was super uncomfortable , the mattress was not good at all. i had back and shoulder pain after sleeping on it , it was an issue.

the staff was first class. the food is some of the best I ate in a long time.
the mattress WAS not good. it left ME with back pain. the fire doors SLAMMED all night. this rattled the hotel.
