mixed feelings about this stay

miserable staff no hot water
the hotel's location was pretty decent, close enough to the river.
The hot water situation was a joke. Zero hot water one morning, a common problem apparently, but no staff seemed to care much. also, most of the staff looked utterly miserable, like i was inconveniencing them by existing. it took two employees nearly two hours to clear the previous guests' mess from my table, i am not even kidding.
