The location was great. I could easily walk to the cruise terminal. my room included complimentary tea and coffee, a real treat! the room was also very clean, which i appreciated. i found the staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available when i needed something.
the room was a bit too warm at night, even with the fan.

an acceptable hotel near THE port

great size rooms helpful staff good location basic room poor heat desk fan
my twin room had A really good size. the staff were friendly and helpful, that was nice. THE restaurant was also worth visiting, i was really surprised. the location is great if you need to be near the cruise port.
the room WAS very basic. there was no air conditioning, only one small desk fan, which wasn't enough. i also found the heat very poor. i didn't like how i had to ask for housekeeping to correct this error.

the room was clean and spacious, exactly what i needed for a short stay.
The hotel really disappointed me. the tv in the room was way too small and hard to see from the bed! the pool was tiny. It only allowed 12 people at a time, and it was overrun with kids. i wouldn't book there again. It felt quite dated.

The check-in process was quick. Our room was perfect for the night. It was clean and met all expectations.
The bed felt solid to me. I found that there was no air conditioning, so nighttime was uncomfortable. The pool had an intense chemical smell, which induced coughing.

helpful staff professional staff
the staff were very helpful. they readily cooked pizza for a guest who had a dairy allergy. the hotel was very clean, and the staff acted friendly and professional.
the pool area was not cleaned overnight. i noticed used plasters and empty water bottles near the poolside the next day. the sole shower in the small changing room was excessively hot.

the gym includes treadmills. it also has several stationary bikes to use. the swimming pool area features about twenty loungers and also provides a shaded area.
