Satisfied with the basics

warm room easy parking
I needed a place to crash after my car went to the garage. The staff was helpful and parking was easy. My room was warm, so I was grateful for a good stay.
The room had few plug sockets near the bed. The sheets lay on the bed, they were not fitted.

Akshae was wonderful at check-in. He was very friendly and helpful, it made my arrival smooth. Another person also helped a lot when my room did not open, so I appreciate them, too.

lovely stay near city center

perfect location kind staff talkative receptionist
my room was so close for walking into the city center. the hotel staff was so kind, especially jade from the late reception shift. she was very talkative.
the room did not smell good, it came from the shower.

convenient location

great location train station
the location was excellent near the train station. it also was near the cruise terminal. walking into town was easy for breakfast.
the shower provided only cold water. a shower was impossible this way. i hope they fix it soon.

Clean and Convenient Stopover

helpful staff early check-in clean room
The staff was friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful to Barry at the front desk. He allowed us to check into our room earlier than planned so we could leave our suitcases and explore the area unburdened. The room was spotlessly clean, a detail I really appreciated after a long day.
I found that the lack of a kettle in the room was a bit of a drawback. It meant I couldn't easily make tea or coffee in the morning.
