mould issue dirty utensils

Check-in was odd, as I had to find the place myself. Directions were not sent. The lodge seemed clean at first. I soon discovered mould in a bedroom and a dishwasher that clearly had not been cleaned. Utensils were also dirty. Brown stains covered the cups. These issues were reported, but fixing them did not occur , so hand washing and bleaching became necessary.

great location surprise gift spacious caravan communication hosting

the location was perfect, very near to the new forest. communication was great. i received a welcome gift, a lovely surprise. the caravan was so great, i was very pleased with its spaciousness.

the children's play parks looked tired. weeds were around the play park by the outdoor pool.

the caravan includes a well-equipped kitchen with ample cupboard space. the seating in the lounge were hard but clean. beds were comfy and bedding was nice.

the check-in process was super easy with key code entry. reception staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests. staff in the beachcomber were friendly.
