Fantastic stay!
clean suitecomfortable beddelicious breakfast
I had a junior king suite with a sofa bed and sea view. The room was clean, and the bed felt very comfortable. I saw the ocean from the bed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices.
I paid a fee to park at the hotel. It was £12. I expected this fee to be included in the room rate.

the gym was closed . i specifically booked this hotel because i use a gym daily. the hotel refunded my parking fee as compensation however i shouldnt have booked it in the first place.

wonderful seaside stay!

I loved the panoramic beach views from our fourth-floor room. It really set a cheerful tone. the staff seemed genuinely attentive. Their friendly and helpful attitude was appreciated throughout my visit. the brasserie blanc was another highlight. Both the evening meal and breakfast were fantastic!
The hotel's exterior seems a bit worn. It could use some tlc.

my room felt quite luxurious, especially with its comfortable design and quality fixtures, i enjoyed the fact that the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature . it was definitely a large space, very comfortable particularly for a hotel in the uk.

I found the restaurant offered fantastic views complementing the good food it provides. I thought it was an enjoyable experience, and the food presentation was beautiful, it made our meals particularly nice. the variety available catered nicely to different tastes.

The room had tasteful decoration and was spacious. The breakfast buffet had numerous choices, all fresh and delicious. I discovered the restaurant and bar served meals superior to the Ivy. Hotel proximity to the beach, town center, and family made it a convenient location.
The car park had limited spaces. I was advised car registration was registered with reception. I then received parking fines, but the hotel confirmed they would investigate.

a bit underwhelming
awful racketno compensation
the radiator made a awful racket most of the night. i went to reception at 2330. someone came over and reset the boiler. there was no offer of compensation for our disturbed nights sleep. the receptionist didn't really apologize
