I appreciated the friendly staff. Ajeesh specifically. Room service was prompt, and the provided facilities were very clean. Comfy beds are important. This hotel had that. The location and the free parking option were amazing, I must say.

musty room hot water

i was a bit let down by my stay. the room smelled musty. i found the lack of pressure in the shower very annoying. the reception staff said they would send someone to fix the hot water, but no one ever came. the car park fee of £15 per 24 hours also felt too high.

The location was fantastic. It was only a short walk to the beach. our standard twin room was clean. the hotel offered parking, convenient at a great price.

the lift was out of service, a little inconvenient to carry our luggage upstairs

a solid central stay

great location accommodating staff

The location was amazing! it was close to everything i needed. the staff were also awesome and accommodating. They addressed all my requests promptly. they provided two separate rooms on the second floor. I did not need to walk up many flights of stairs.

The car park had some rubbish around. It could have been cleaner. i had to pay for parking, which i didn't anticipate. spaces were not guaranteed despite payment, a bit inconvenient.

The check-in staff was helpful. They provided water when i returned my key. the hotel has a car park and is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Its location is good. the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, especially the manager hassan, who did everything possible. i found the location to be perfect.

i had to pay extra for parking, which i was not expecting.
