friendly staffgarden gate
the staff were friendly. the location allows direct access to the forest from a garden gate. we encountered horses during a walk.
The soundproofing was insufficient. I could hear plumbing noises.

The location was excellent the gardens backed onto a forest perfect for a walk.
The room decor felt quite dated the furniture showed its age and some electrical sockets did not work. This detracted from the overall experience and needs attention. I was a little disappointed.

The location benefits from being near the forest. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly (i spoke to them quite a lot).
The room overlooked the parking, so it was a little noisy.

the location was next to the forest and the garden was nice.
my room wasn't as good as my previous visit (i've stayed here before). the television didn't work, and when i mentioned it, i wasn't offered a proper apology or a thank you, just a note.
