wonderful riverside retreat

excellent location river view helpful staff

i found the hotel's location ideal. i could easily walk to the cathedral and other town attractions. the hotel overlooks the river and provides great views. the breakfast buffet had many choices and the staff was very helpful. dinner in the restaurant was very nice. a window table enhanced the experience.

i found the bathroom needed some attention. the shower taps felt loose!

The hotel location near the river was nice, but the room itself had issues. The bed was quite lumpy. It gave me a terrible backache. the breakfast buffet was subpar. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the bacon was barely cooked. I also thought that the staff seemed generally disinterested.

adequate stay with minor issues

cold bathroom single-glazed windows

the location was quite convenient for exploring the area.

Upon arrival, i noticed the room felt rather cold. The radiators were off. it took a considerable time for the room to warm up after i turned them on.. moreover, the bathroom lacked heating entirely, remaining cold throughout my stay. the single-glazed windows did little to mitigate the noise.

river view friendly staff convenient location

the hotel is perfectly situated near the cathedral. it takes only ten minutes to walk to the grounds. the river view is wonderful with a patio. we watched birds from the grassy area and saw the cathedral spire. the staff were friendly and provided great service.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection. we also had dinner and the dinner menu covered all diets. the buffet was copious and greatly appreciated by all the guests. the drinks were served outside on the terrace.

the hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. the location is special near the river and cathedral. it took 10-15 minutes to walk to the cathedral and city centre. there are pleasant walks around the premises.

easy walk convenient location moldy smell strong odor

the location was fine it was an easy walk to the cathedral and town

our first room had a moldy smell after one night it was very strong staff moved us but it was still a problem the breakfast was mediocre for the price too and there was no fresh fruit

The hotel sits next to the river. it is within walking distance of the city centre. I recommend walking via the cathedral. the room was clean and functional. the bed was comfortable. the executive room had a coffee machine and many electrical sockets. the breakfast had a good selection.

i had to pay for parking upon arrival.
