helpful staff nice variety convenient location small room limited menu traffic noise
the staff were very helpful to me. the breakfast had a nice variety and tasted fresh. the location worked well for my travel plans.
the room was smaller than i expected , so moving around with luggage was a bit tight. the restaurant menu had limited options , and i found several items unavailable. the hotel is located on a busy road , so traffic noise was noticeable at times.

lovely stay near stonehenge
comfortable layout attentive staff consistent standards
the conference facilities impressed me. they were well laid out and comfortable. attentive staff understood business event needs. they responded promptly to every request. the rooms provided a quiet, relaxing environment. housekeeping maintained consistent standards. the staff's friendly attitude made a very positive atmosphere. it was obvious they took pride in service.

breakfast included a full english option, hot and plentiful, a real treat. the buffet offered excellent choices of continental breakfast too. staff seemed very happy and provided great service during my meal.

the hotel's location is quite handy for visiting stonehenge. it is also close enough to pop into town, if you want to explore shops. the hotel offers the benefits of the countryside with the services of a quality hotel.

broken lighting sauna bathroom
the room was pretty standard, i suppose. nothing too exciting but the bed was fine.
honestly, it seemed like they were skimping on everything. the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so it was basically a sauna after a shower. plus, the lighting in the main part of the room was broken, so it felt a bit dingy.

cute staff delicious breakfast spacious rooms useful amenities
I stayed two nights because my sister recommended it. the staff were great. I liked that! the rooms included a telephone, iron with board, tv, kettle and hairdryer. the room also had a desk. we booked breakfast and it was quite delicious.
the restaurant service was poor. it wasn't even busy, i think that's why i'm mentioning it. there was noise outside early in the morning. i woke up early because of it.

clogged drain buffet refill
i WAS disappointed by several aspects . The shower drain was clogged and the water pooled around my feet. This was rather unpleasant. the breakfast buffet ran out of pastries quite early and they weren't promptly refilled. i found it frustrating to miss out on items that should have been readily available.

pleasant stay
friendly staff smiling faces lovely person lovely spread
I visited to be near a friend in the hospital. the staff members were friendly. rachel and teagan greeted me with smiles upon arrival. ben, the server, was attentive and checked on our food often. the breakfast had a nice spread of food including english breakfast and vegetarian options. It was only a short wait for it.
the television did not work, and the wait for assistance was long.

loud music lack of room change
Check-in was efficient. The room was spacious and modern.
I found two issues with the room. The gym was located next to my room. Loud music with heavy bass vibrated through the bed. Staff indicated the music would continue until 10 PM and they could not turn it off. They were also unable to move me to another room.
