I wasn't thrilled, i must say. the 'beautiful king room' was a bit of a stretch. It felt more like a 'standardly small' room. also, finding parking nearby was a real headache. i ended up walking quite a distance with my luggage, which wasn't the most glamorous start to my 'relaxing' stay. oh, and the minibar prices? let's just say i stuck to tap water after seeing those numbers.

The towels and bedding were the BEST! I adored the adorable room, a Beautiful King Room. It was indeed a perfect escape. The staff was amazing. So kind and attentive to every need.
I found the food menu a bit limited for evening meals. More variety would greatly enhance the dining experience.

location works great. it is an easy walk to docks and the city center shops. the room included chilled water, a radio, treats to eat, also tea and coffee. decor and parking worked well too.
i found a coffee-stained decorative bedroom cushion cover. the shower room looked tired with very discolored grouting. this needs an update soon.
