The room had lovely fresh linens. It was spotlessly clean! Many amenities were available. These included a Nespresso machine, teas, and chocolates. Air conditioning was also in the room, a big plus.
I visited on a Sunday and had drinks outside. The wine prices seemed high! Paying £10.90 for a glass of house wine, especially when the quality didn't match the price, felt excessive.

The hotel is decorated beautifully with the 'bear' theme. It gives a special, relaxed feeling. The hotel provides a varied menu with really good food, so there is something for everyone!

The location provides easy access to beaches and the forest. Christchurch is also very near! Lymington is just 20 minutes away, a place I always love to visit. This accessibility makes it perfect for exploring..

The room was lovely, every detail clearly considered. The towels were folded into the shape of bears, a good touch. I appreciated the free drink provided with my meal. That was very nice.
The pub did not seem to have enough staff. I felt the guest service suffered as a result.

The hotel enjoys an AMAZING location, situated conveniently near local attractions. It is close to nearby towns and coastal areas like Christchurch, Southbourne, and Highcliff. New Forest's edge and Purbeck Island are also easily accessible.

the breakfast included lovely pastries and fresh fruit. the room included a coffee machine and selection of teas. i found the staff were attentive and happily provided extra milk for my tea, it was a good touch.
The room was quite small. I would have loved more space to unpack. the bathroom extractor fan was not working. I reported this but it wasn't fixed . i found the restaurant service on monday evening slow and this was a bit disappointing.

I stayed in a suite. It was quite quirky. i especially liked the towels crafted into bears and placed on the bed. the room included other little touches, everything was clean.
The avocado on toast was not good. it tasted like defrosted avocado blended with other ingredients. I found the flavor lacking

The general manager checked me in. It was very cute. he showed me to my room, and the general manager was also on duty during breakfast service. he accommodated my need to leave early.
