The breakfast included was nice. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful with requests I had. The room was mostly quiet and comfortable. An Uber got me to the ship easily.
My room needs updating and had some marks on the walls. The sofa in the bathroom had stains and did not look clean. The quality could be better. The room should be freshened up.

the room had much space with a comfortable bed. the bathroom included good equipment. natural light filled the room, it gave a great start to the day. the room was superb.
i find a few marks and paint chipped away. it takes away from the luxury feel. i think freshening up the rooms serves them well.

I booked a room and road noise interrupted my sleep at times throughout the night. Earplugs were available in the drawer but did not solve the problem. I believe smart tvs would be a great addition as entertainment was limited.

I arrived early but I was allowed to keep my luggage in reception. The room was super clean with a large and immaculate bathroom, including bathrobes and slippers. Climate control was good because the room has both heat and AC. The front desk also had converters for borrowing.
