helpful staff summer fireworks great choice sister hotel

The staff were very helpful. i liked the summer fireworks on the seashore every friday night. I had a good view from my balcony. the breakfast offered a lot of choice and was cooked perfectly. the gym is located in the sister hotel next door, less than a minute's walk.

the car park is a public one, it costs extra per night.

friendly staff gluten-free options limited wifi compact bathroom

the staff were friendly and helpful with my check-in process. the breakfast was good value, especially the gluten-free options. i used the sister hotel next door for the pool. it had good facilities.

The bathroom was compact, but our room was comfortable. the wifi connection was limited. It kept dropping out. i found this frustrating when i needed to work.

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options the dining area was spacious and well-kept. i made use of the access to the nearby carlton hotel for facilities such as the pool and gym. the room included a balcony facing the sea with an unblocked view.

SUPER stay with AMAZING staff!

I was there for a short stay, but I ABSOLUTELY loved the very spacious family room. It was a Double Single Beds room. The breakfast was good quality, with lots of choices. The pool use was an added bonus, and I REALLY enjoyed using the facilities.

The rooms looked old and the decor needed updates.

The location was acceptable since it was a short walk to the beach.

The room was not up to par. The bathroom needed repairs with rust in the bath and the toilet seat was loose. The TV aerial was damaged making the tv reception intermittent. I wouldn't recommend.
