balanced stay experience

warm welcomewell presentedengaging staffsmall roomthin boardwardrobe door
the staff provided a super warm welcome. the room was very well presented and as described. zoe was very engaging and funny upon my arrival! charlotte was at all times cute, polite and professional, i appreciated that.
i needed a ground floor room due to a mobility issue and was shown a room in an attached block. sadly, it was the smallest room i have occupied. the connecting walls were of thin board and one of the wardrobe doors failed to open! breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold food, but it was efficiently served.
