The breakfast offered a lovely choice. The courtyard provided a beautiful space to sit and relax. I found the staff friendly. They were helpful throughout my stay.
The parking situation presented narrow spaces. It was difficult to maneuver the car in and out. I also found the spa needed some cleaning. I noticed this .

handy location cute staff massive bathroom broken window handles another room window noise
the location is really handy for the town i saw a concert at the pavillions. the staff were super cute the room was vast. the bathroom was massive too
the room had no window handles they were broken. i reported it to reception they didn't offer another room. i couldn't block out noise because i couldn't shut the window

good size comfortable bed good choice wifi issue staff inaction no reply
i found the bathroom to be a good size. the bed was also comfortable. the breakfast had a very good choice of foods.
the wifi did not work in my room. i informed the staff but there was no solution. i also emailed the general manager and never received a reply.

The reception staff was very helpful and cute. the hotel offered a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and gym. These were available until 9pm.

different building serious attention
the breakfast was acceptable. i found that to be a good start to the day.
the photos online showcase a different building. i was led to believe i would be staying in the connaught hotel. the building i was actually in, the connaught lodge, felt neglected, it reminded me of it needed some serious attention.

helpful staff breakfast buffet decent spa dated room bathroom door wet carpet
the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet had a good selection. the pool was lovely i enjoyed using it. the hotel offered decent spa facilities i found them relaxing.
the room felt dated compared to the rest of the hotel the bathroom sliding door kept getting stuck. the shower head did not work properly unless it was held straight up. the carpet near the bathroom felt very wet when i checked in.
