cozy stay close to new forest
good parking sweet touch
i found the good parking very useful. the host, james, had tea, milk, and cereals, that was a sweet touch in the morning.

Practical Stay Near Beaulieu
convenient location helpful communication comfortable bed
The location was really convenient for visiting Beaulieu (only a short drive!). James accommodated our late check-in request with quick and helpful communication. I especially appreciated the individual tea setups in each room. It was a nice touch. We had good sleep. The beds were surprisingly warm and comfortable.
I noticed the stairs were a bit narrow and old-style. This could be difficult when bringing in luggage.

The kitchen has good facilities available . There are two bathrooms for shared use (one on each floor). Kitchen equipment and utensils are available for preparing simple meals, but breakfast has limited options.

James was very cute and helpful, accommodating our late arrival. He provided toast, jam, butter, tea, and milk for cereal in the morning. Communication before arrival was quick and effective, answering all my questions.

The triple room has three single beds and basic amenities. Rooms are clean with individual tea sets available. The room size in the triple room is adequate for sleeping, although space is limited with luggage.

cheap loaf minimal condiments
good parking was available and the host was cute.
i was disappointed by the breakfast. only the minimum was provided for a self-service breakfast. two slices each of the cheapest white sliced loaf were provided with minimal condiments. i think this cheapened the experience.

simple and sweet overnight stay
triple room welcome arrival good facility
the room met our needs when visiting friends nearby. all the facilities we needed were at hand and we were really glad to have a triple room available. (it was a relief after a long drive). we were made very welcome on our arrival, and i think we'll return in the future.
i didn't realize that the bathroom was shared. its cleanliness depended on the other guests. (it was only a minor issue for me).

the room has necessary items available for an overnight visit, a plus for convenience. the triple room was adequately equipped, offering sufficient space for us, along with functional furniture. amenities are well maintained and suitable for a short stay.

sloping ceilings minimal breakfast
the kitchen had all necessary items for an overnight visit, it was acceptable.
I didn't realize the room lacked an en-suite bathroom. This was frustrating. the sloping ceilings in both the bedroom and shower room meant less usable space. breakfast was minimal with just the cheapest white sliced loaf left in the fridge.
