Excellent location and modern room features
convenient location automatic lights free drink
The location worked perfectly for shopping at West Quay. I found the hotel convenient before my cruise because it was close to the terminals. The automatic lights under the bed are handy when going to the bathroom at night. I also really appreciated the free welcome drink upon arrival.
The temperature control in the room was a little off. I couldn't adjust it to my liking.

This hotel features a twenty-four hour bar, ensuring drinks are available at any hour. Rooms contain large TVs located at the foot of the bed (which is very convenient!). A free welcome cocktail or mocktail is a nice touch upon arrival.

friendly staff fresh food convenient shopping
The staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast offered many choices and tasted fresh. the hotel is close to west quay shopping centre. This made shopping convenient. i will come back again.
I noticed the sink in the bathroom had some toothpaste stains. It needs more attention.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is near the west quay shopping centre and the main tourist spots. the train station is easily accessible via a short taxi ride, costing less than £10. this location is a great base for exploring the area.

the room had a modern design and was very clean with no clutter. there was an under-bed light sensor that activated when someone moved nearby. i appreciated the ironing room that had a good iron available to use.

the hotel is very pet-friendly. they offer food and snacks for purchase. breakfast included a variety of options and the hotel allowed us to get up later than most hotels do. i had fun playing table football.

fantastic hotel, great location!
modern feel good size air conditioning perfect location
I loved the modern feel of the hotel. rooms were a good size (i thought). everything felt clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly (a lifesaver!). the location is so perfect, especially if you want to explore the city centre. It's just a short walk to many restaurants and stores.
the room was a tad too warm, even with the window open a crack (but it wasn't a huge issue).

convenient spot
clean facilities tasty eggs
the location was convenient to all sites i wanted to visit. it was also close to my cruise embarkation point. facilities were good and clean. breakfast was very good (especially the eggs!). dining options i tried were also enjoyable.
the room was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. not all facilities were available that were stated in the room description. there was also work being done to the building, so scaffolding was up.

the staff were helpful when i needed directions. they provided quick assistance with my luggage. the reception area always had someone available to answer questions.

The hotel had a well-equipped gym with modern machines. i used the laundry room. It was clean and efficient (i appreciated that). the bar on the ground floor was open 24 hours.
