convenient central stay
convenient location many restaurants clean room comfortable bed
the location was really convenient it was easy to reach many restaurants nearby i especially liked how close it was to the places i wanted to visit the room was clean and the bed was definitely comfortable after a long day of exploring
the bathroom door didn't lock which was a minor inconvenience

The location is fantastic for accessing nearby bars and restaurants. The cruise terminal is within walking distance. The room had a large screen smart TV, new bed linen, and fast, free internet. Quick responses and help with any issues was provided.

The room had a very nice, cozy atmosphere. Heating worked GREAT. The room was also recently refurbished, a big PLUS!!! The presence of tea and coffee making facilities further enhanced the experience.

Communication was fast and efficient. All necessary codes were sent in advance, which eliminated any need to chase anything up. This streamlined process ensured a very smooth and hassle-free check-in process.

peeling paint shower problem
the location was decent, it had bars nearby.
The shower didn't drain good. I had to keep stopping it. there was peeling paint. stains sat on the bathroom ceiling. i'm pretty annoyed. It seems they don't care about upkeep.
