amazing stay!
comfy bed fluffy pillows equipped kitchen
i appreciated the comfy bed! pillows were so fluffy. the location was close to the beach. the kitchen was equipped VERY well.

excessive noise late breakfast service
the room was well-equipped, so that was acceptable.
The noise levels were excessive. I could hear every conversation from the hallway. also, the breakfast service was advertised as starting at 7 am, but it wasn't ready until 7:45 am, which impacted my schedule a lot.

a lovely, well-decorated stay
lovely decor great facilities friendly staff
the decor was lovely i particularly enjoyed the garden it was like a sanctuary. the facilities were great and it was easy to access many things. the staff were friendly and accommodating to all requests i had.
the parking situation nearby was not ideal.

the communal kitchen allowed guests to meet and interact i found this a good way to meet others. a cot was available for our baby which was really useful and thoughtful. bunk beds were available too.

the room smelled nice and was clean i found it to have added character because of its period features. the room was spacious with plenty of space for the boys to play on the floor. a rocking horse was even provided.

the location was convenient it was very close to the town centre i appreciated this. the beach was also close meaning accessing local amenities was quick and easy. it was easy to get around.

the host was responsive to messages before and she met us on the day of check out. she was very helpful.

the fully equipped kitchen offered a large table for dining. a living room was available for all guests to use i found this to be a pleasant surprise. it was very quiet in the hotel and the rooms.
