super clean rooms and fabulous food!

super clean room helpful staff gluten free options
I stayed for three nights. the hotel was super clean and my room was great (room 203). nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were always ready to help. food was fabulous. I am gluten free and there were so many options each night.
the lift was very slow. i found it quite funny that there was a chair next to the lift, but it needs fixing. i never saw a lift this slow before.

A Somewhat Underwhelming Experience

carpet stains empty minibar
The room was hardly what I would call clean. I noticed stains on the carpet and dust in the corners. It gave the impression they did the bare minimum. The minibar was empty, a fairly common thing, I think. I also had some issues with noise. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. It made relaxing a bit tricky, given the circumstances.
