classical decor spacious room friendly service closed restaurant missing bathrobes small bathroom
the room felt so romantic, with classical decor and peaceful vibes. i was happy to find it spacious and comfortable. breakfast felt special because the service was friendly.
the hotel restaurant was closed one day, so i had to find other plans for dinner. the absence of bath robes felt a little disappointing. i also noticed the bathroom was quite small.

underwhelming visit

rickety table disgusting upholstery
The room felt pretty basic. i found a RICKETY tray table with a kettle, and it seemed unsafe. also, the 'rain' style shower was fixed. I couldn't avoid wetting my hair. the window seat at breakfast had upholstery that was quite disgusting so I felt uneasy.

good celebration stay

spacious rooms attentive staff
the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff were attentive to our needs . the food was delicious especially at breakfast. i found the location perfect for exploring local attractions. i also enjoyed a relaxing walk in the tranquil gardens.
the exterior needs some tidying and decorating. the car park is unkempt. this created a somewhat negative first impression though it was spacious.

The grounds had good parking spaces. breakfast was excellent with a lovely dining room. staff met dietary requirements with no issues. They went out of their way.

the check-in was straightforward, and the staff handled it efficiently.
The hotel's restaurant and bar were closed on monday. i had to find other dinner options. they were not available. the room had a small toilet. it was difficult to shave because the mirror was too far from the sink.
